Jen Wasiak, creator of Honey Bee Cakes, is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education and received a degree in Pastry and Baking Arts. In 2002 she started Honey Bee Cakes, and has been moving forward ever since.

Honey Bee Cakes specializes in creative, one-of-a-kind works of edible art. And most importantly, the cakes taste as amazing as they look. Each cake is created completely from scratch using only the freshest ingredients.

Jens creations have been featured on the Food Network, as well as in Brides magazine. Her cakes were voted one of Americas 50 Most Beautiful Cakes two years in a row. Her work can also be found at Dylans Candy Bar in NYC.
